HI THERE, I'M CHARLES STARR

AUTHOR. SPEAKER. COACH

I’m a West Point Graduate, author of The Secret to the Game™: of Life and Love, Transformation Capitalist, and on a mission to build The Soul of America who has spent two decades finding the one thing most businesses miss: the gap. Not the gap in the product, but the gap in the customer’s life and business — the space between where they are on an ordinary Tuesday and where they want to be by the end of the week. I learned to close that space inside billion-dollar companies, carried the method down to million-dollar companies, and now bring it home to local businesses.

My journey includes being a high school team captain; Cadet Candidate and Commanding of Charlie Company, USMA Preparatory School; Commanding Officer of the International Exchange Student Program at West Point; Rear Detachment Commander of the 524 CSB (HHD) Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; Operations Officer for an underground construction company; Independent contractor in above-ground construction; General Manager for a national data storage company.

And now…
I’ve taken everything those commands and companies taught me and built something of my own: Charles Starr Consulting, LLC. And through it, I’m investing capital, along with my business partner, in my next frontier close to home — Earthwise and a local media cafe designed to bring people together and highlight talent right here in Muskegon. It’s the first tangible step toward The Soul of America.
